Tamiya Surface Primer Fine L (Oxide Red). This primer recreates the color of anti-rust paint used as primer on military vehicles. It can be used not simply as an undercoat, but also as a topcoat. Provides an excellent base when painting photo-etched parts and other difficult-to paint surfaces. Can contains 180ml.
